JUMPING CASTLE HIRE
Kid Size Tables Chairs - Tables are 49cm high, 60cm wide, and 150cm long and steel reinforeced (required due to their low height). Chairs are commercial standard and are ALMOND in colour. There are 8 chairs per table. We do not seperate sets. Each set is $25 when hired with a jumping castle. Eithout a Jumping Castle these are $40 per set plus a delivery charge.
HIRE DURATION - Hire is for a flexible number of hours. Daytime delivery with afternoon or early evening pick-up is fine for most people. Late pick-up or Overnight can usually be arranged at additional cost ($40 per hour after 8pm, $80 for overnight on Sunday, $100 for overnight on Friday or Saturday). If your party continues after dark it is essential that you arrange adequate lighting to illuminate the jumping castle entrance and bounce area. We like to match an early delivery with an earlier pickup.
RAIN - All of our Jumping Castles have normal weather shields / rain covers. IMPORTANT: It is not safe for kids to use any Jumping Castle in the rain. Weight of water reduces time available for evacuation and creates the risk of water rushing towards a child. If more than a light shower you must evacuate the kids until it has passed. After rain you must dry the castle before use.
WIND - If the forecast average wind speed exceeds 25km per hour it becomes necessary to review the circumstances of your hire. When weather is bad and conditions at the site are unsheltered or difficult to anchor we may advise you to not proceed. We only accept bookings for hires where metal stakes can be used to secure all corners and edges of the jumping castle into place.
GROUND SURFACE - A flat grass area is required - suitable for securing the jumping castle with 16mm diameter 30-35cm metal ground stakes. Uneven ground is not suitable as wind can get under and lift the inflatable. Sloped ground is best avoided to prevent your children becoming disorientated and to ensure the inflatable remains balanced as intended by its manufacturer.
CANCALLATION - We have never charged fees for a timely cancellation. While you have the castle booked we may be refusing bookings from other customers so if you decide to cancel - please let us know right away. We are very understanding about cancellation and don't mind spending a little more time with family.
PLEASE NOTE: If we have arrived at site and cannot proceed due to area size, access limits, surface type, or ground obstacles - a 30% hire fee is payable to cover cost associated with delivery / return / loading / unloading. If you cancel after 6pm the evening prior to the hire (and we have already loaded your jumping castle) a 10% of the hire fee is payable.
INSURANCE - We have $10 million product and public liability insurance to cover our work and the work of our employees. Our devices are erected, operated and maintained in accordance with Australian Standard AS3533. If compliance is not possible due to conditions you can sign a wavier of liability and assumption of risk (or request to end with 30% fee). The hirer (the person signing our contract) is responsible to operate and maintain the equipment while in use (rules are printed on each unit).
CHILD SAFETY - In any play area there will always be some risk of injury. Risk increases if you exceed age limits, exceed maximum player weights, let too many kids play at one time, allow a mix of large and small kids, or if kids are allowed to behave in an inappropriate manner. Please maintain a safe and unobstructed play area, "Supervise or Deflate". Always use at least 3.6m x 2.4m of Safety Matting.
GETTING READY - Your selected area must be big enough. Larger castles need wide access and DO NOT fit via a standard width pedestrian gate. Make sure the path between our delivery vehicle and the site is clear. Do not mow the lawn within a week of your hire. Pick up all animal dirt BEFORE the day. Decide which power socket the castle will be plugged into. Site evaluations are available at at cost price. See the Cancellation section above for details of fees for late cancellation.
